Elliot Wilks

I’m a Kiwi (someone from New Zealand) who’s been calling Charlotte, NC home for the past six years. I direct commercials and narrative projects, with a background in post-production and VFX.

Some people call me scrappy, I call it being resourceful. I like to start every project with a solid foundation in organized pre-production, stay collaborative on set, and focus on the final 5% in post, the details that take a project from good to great. I’m not the type to just roll up and bark orders, I’m in it every step of the way.

Off set, you’ll probably find me working on short films, watching rugby league, or getting lost in history rabbit holes. Cheers.
